Pricing and Buyers-side offer of compensation
The most common commission for buyer agents is 3%. You are not required to offer 3% and can choose a lower commission percentage if you wish. One thing to keep in mind when determining the commission you wish to offer, is that if you offer less, you may discourage buyer agents from showing your home.
